- 1 / 5By Ryan WallaceI wish I could give 0 stars. The product is probably a 4.5 or 5 out of 5. But the complete and utter mismanagement is ridiculous. I called in an order and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. My girlfriend and I arrived 30 minutes after, knowing the usual backup, and of course, it wasn't yet ready. Furthermore, we proceeded to sit there for 20 minutes, watching an entire line of people come in and get served. At that point, we just left. I likely am never going back, because waiting 45 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese is absolutely ridiculous.May 16, 2017
